As an epidemiologist, I want to explore how AI can be applied responsibly to real-world challenges. At Hack{ai}thon Bern I hope to experiment with tools, collaborate across disciplines, and test ideas that balance innovation with privacy and trust.

I like to call myself a “full-stack epidemiologist” (even if that’s not officially a thing). I have a PhD from Imperial and experience turning complex data into clear insights for public health and policy. I work across data analysis, mathematical modeling, and enjoy making science understandable through visualization and communication. I thrive in collaborative projects where I can translate evidence into practical, actionable recommendations.
I'm currently on a mission to learn what the AI revolution means for epidemiology and public health.
